Second weigh-in and I am down 6 lbs. last week for a total
of 10 lbs. in 2 weeks…wow! So although I ate poorly for 2 days out of the week,
I think my increased physical activity levels have helped me create a good
balance. I’ve been able to build my
stamina over the last couple of weeks. When I started exercising, I could only
walk 1 mile every evening and now I can walk 2.5 miles, five nights a week. My
goal is to be able to walk /run a 5K marathon by spring. Just in case I haven’t
mentioned it before, my weight-loss goal is to lose 90 lbs. I have gotten rid
of 10 lbs of that so I have 80 more to go!
