And today I have been derailed yet again…at least when my
weigh-in comes, I will know why I didn’t lose weight! I think that is why so
many dieters get frustrated…we get derailed but are never really able to
regroup. Soon, one bad choice turns into several bad choices and before we
realize it, we are back into our old habits again and any weight we did lose has
come back with a vengeance. We all set
unrealistic expectations…for instance, losing 50 lbs. in 3 months,
seriously? Try setting a monthly goal
only or better yet…a yearly goal. You’re going to get derailed and lose focus,
but if you know you have a year to reach your goal, you are giving yourself
permission to mess up and then learn from your mistake!

Abby's Favorite Lunch
So I have been on a healthier path for over a month and I
would like to share some wisdom…like what my favorite healthy lunch is. Its
actually a Weight Watcher’s meal…Loaded Potato Soup. Weighing in at 150 cals.,
I can throw some oyster crackers on it for a very warm and filling winter
lunch. Paired with my HOGGG BUSTER™supplement, I am always full until dinner with this combination.

To Offend or Not to Offend...
Hmmm…social situations….a dieters demise? Any suggestions on how to cope? How do you go to a dinner at someone’s house and clearly not eat some food selections or eat very little of others without offending the host?

Chores as Exercise...Yes!
And its snowing…does this make it challenging to exercise? Yes! Does this make it impossible to exercise? No! If all else fails, you can clean the house…that’s a great way to exercise and you’ll have a clean house to go with it.

Hello Month Two!
Hello month two! So this month may be particularly challenging as winter has set in and it is easier to be lazy (yes, I said it…LAZY) Is there really an excuse for slowing down in winter and eating more…not really, but aren’t we all guilty of making “said” excuses? New goal…try to get through each day without making an excuse to fail.

Don't Annoy Your Non-Dieting Friends!
Tonight I had dinner with one of my girlfirends…I didn’t worry about what I ate and I enjoyed the time with my friend. One of the most annoying things a person can do is impose their diet on someone else. Remember, its your choice to eat differently, not theirs.

Forgetful...
Today I wanted to mention that I have forgotten to take my
HOGGG Buster supplement a few times…it happens. Sometimes I have been unsure of
my lunch time and I wasn’t able to plan…other times I forgot to pack extra in
my purse. Lately I have done much better
at planning and I haven’t had any issues. Remember, it’s not the end of the
world if you forget every now and then.

One Month Milestone on the Horizon!
I’m nearing the one-month point and I am excited that I will be able to share a one-month total…I’m doing much better this week. I think dieting is a process not at hard fast rule…do the best you can and results will follow.
