Great Discovery!



Today I found out that one of my non-diet salad dressings was actually pretty low-cal and low fat! It’s comical what can make your day when you are dieting. I am super excited that I get to eat “said” dressing without feeling guilty. Dieter level…pro.

Feeling Revitalized!


Last day of juice fast and I feel so much better. My eating is back under control and I feel healthier and revitalized. I’m ready to keep on losing weight so back to my healthy eating and regular exercise. I am looking forward to warmer weather so I can walk around my neighborhood. Does anyone have any suggestions for cold weather exercising…starting to get bored…help!

Juice fast is going well…taking HOGGG Buster to go with it so I can maintain my energy levels while I cleanse my body. Just so you know, juice fasting isn’t for everyone and there are other ways to detox.  Just make sure to choose something right for you! Anyone else ever detoxed his or her body during a diet?

To Detox or Not to Detox?


So to help myself get back on track I will be doing a short juice fast to help cleanse my body toxins and provide a better environment for weight loss.  I have done 3-day juice fast before (I try to do one every 6 months), to help with some health problems I've experienced in the past, but now I am curious to see if it doesn’t help boost my weight loss goal by providing a “reset” so to speak.  More info to come.
