So I have been on a healthier path for over a month and I
would like to share some wisdom…like what my favorite healthy lunch is. Its
actually a Weight Watcher’s meal…Loaded Potato Soup. Weighing in at 150 cals.,
I can throw some oyster crackers on it for a very warm and filling winter
lunch. Paired with my HOGGG BUSTER™supplement, I am always full until dinner with this combination.
